At Forall Digital, we are in the business of manufacturing high-end Nylon & Spandex fabrics, not selling data.

We respect your privacy as much as we respect your designs.
We do NOT sell your data. Ever.

We protect your Design Files (IP). Your prints are yours alone. We only collect what we need to ship your samples and process your orders.

02. Information We Collect

We act as a B2B manufacturer. We collect information necessary to conduct business trade:

  • Business Identity: Name, Job Title, Company Name, Tax ID (VAT/EORI for shipping).
  • Contact Details: Email address, Phone number, Shipping address.
  • Production Assets: Design Files (TIFF/PSD/AI) uploaded for digital printing.
  • Digital Footprint: Standard website cookies (via Google Analytics) to help us understand which fabrics (e.g., D036, D083) are trending.

03. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for:

  • Fulfillment: Sending fabric swatches (e.g., Air-Sculpt 34™) and bulk production orders via couriers (DHL/FedEx/Maersk).
  • Communication: Sending order updates, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Industry Insights: Sending our monthly newsletter about new fabric trends (Only if you opt-in. You can unsubscribe anytime).

04. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

"We understand that for fashion brands, your prints are your soul."

  • ✔ Strict Confidentiality: All design files sent to Forall Digital are stored on a secure, offline server accessible only to the printing technicians.
  • ✔ No Unauthorized Use: We guarantee that your custom prints will NEVER be displayed in our showroom, website, or sold to other clients without your explicit written permission.
  • ✔ Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your design files from our servers immediately after production.

05. Third-Party Sharing

We do not trade, sell, or transfer your data to outside parties, except for trusted partners who assist us in operating our business:

  • Logistics: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Freight Forwarders (to get the fabric to your door).
  • Payment Processors: Banks and TT/LC handling institutions.

06. Your Rights

Under international laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:
